Inspired by real life experiences. Simon, Scott and Karl interview Luke. They take a journey through the memories of Graham, Alan, Steve, Mel, Daniel and Craig. The play defines concepts such as identity, nationality, masculinity, fatherhood and the expectations others place on us. Play adapted in Spanish by ''El Play'', powered by PIA 2021.
The Challenge
The production of the play in Lima, Peru, in 2021 was severely constrained by pandemic protocols. This required us to overcome major logistical obstacles, including the necessity of performing the play without an in-person audience and developing creative solutions for remote actor interaction where traditional collaborative scenarios were impossible.

Creative Strategy & Solution
Faced with severe pandemic protocols, our strategy shifted to innovative digital staging to ensure performance continuity and actor interaction.
We developed a flexible system that allowed for the optimal, fast, and effective movement between scenarios for the various participating actors. This approach overcame the limitation of having all participants in one physical space, maintaining the play’s necessary flow and pace.
Our solution involved treating each actor's performance space like a specialized set. The video director was tasked with designing a unique scenario for every actor that met all technical broadcast requirements while also featuring its own distinct color palette. This meticulous visual design ensured that each actor's environment successfully conveyed the specific emotion required by their role, maintaining the integrity and emotional depth of the entire theatrical piece.
